Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Spacez, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our goal is to provide a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy that balances guest flexibility with our commitment to maintaining high service standards. Please review the following terms carefully before making a booking.

1. General Cancellation and Refund Policy

For bookings made more than 48 hours before check-in:
• Full Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will receive a 100% refund.
• Partial Refund: If cancellation is made beyond 48 hours of booking but before 48 hours of check-in date, a 50% refund of the total booking amount will be provided.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours of check-in date are non-refundable.

For bookings made within 48 hours of check-in:
• Full Refund: Cancellations made within 6 hours of booking will receive a 100% refund.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 6 to 24 hours of booking will receive a 50% refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made beyond 24 hours of booking are non-refundable.

For bookings made within 24 hours of check-in:
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 2 hours of booking will receive a 50% refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made beyond 2 hours of booking are non-refundable.

For other bookings:
Refund eligibility excludes bookings made through partnerships, corporate agreements and bookings made with coupon codes provided by support or 3rd party websites.

2. Right to Refusal & Termination of Stay

Spacez reserves the right to refuse check-in or terminate a stay under the following conditions:
• Non-Payment of Balance Amount: Guests must complete any pending balance payments upon check-in. Failure to do so will result in a denial of stay, and no refund will be provided.
• Violation of House Rules: Guests who fail to adhere to the property's house rules, including but not limited to excessive noise, damage to property, unauthorized guests, or illegal activities, may be required to vacate the premises immediately. In such cases, no refund shall be granted.
• No Commercial Activity: Commercial activities (such as production house shoot, commercial events etc) are not permitted with standard booking. Please contact us at +918608600718 or hello@spacez.co for commercial bookings.

3. Special Cases and Force Majeure

In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or other force majeure events), refunds will be processed at the sole discretion of Spacez. We may offer alternative booking dates or credits instead of monetary refunds.

4. No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

5. Early Check-Out Policy

If a guest chooses to check out before the scheduled departure date, no refund will be issued for the remaining unused nights.

6. Refund Processing Time

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
